Due to the inflation of living costs causing a soaring of food expense and its consumerism, our traditional British Fish and Chip shops are at high risk of losing custom and the possible closure of an emblematic British Takeaway. Miss Chippy Chip Shop is a freestanding chip made of structured board and plaster set upon  a chip fork, measuring 100cm in height. I wanted to celebrate this classic, traditional supper through the showing of the sculpture, within the origin of inspiration itself - the chippy. I am extending my support to the local takeaway to commemorate Whistler’s a great fish and chip shop.
